SD: Elevator Pushrod to Aft Pitch Sector Installation (SD-071719-A)

ICON has experienced an anomaly of bolt attaching the elevator to the aft pitch sector was too short for full 1.5 thread protrusion through the nut plate. Although none of these events individually have resulted in a safety of flight issue, ICON believes that the bolt in question should be removed from service and replaced with a new different size bolt. This safety directive/alert covers the procedure to remove and replace the bolt at elevator pushrod to aft pitch sector with a new longer bolt.
