Wing Supports
Not sure how this will be received but my instructor and I came up with an idea on how to support the wings from accidentally dislodging from the 'hooks' using bungee cords. I think it works well and can save you the 2400$ expense of the wing supports from Icon. Easy to install and remove and then stow away in the aircraft.

Appreciate the info.
I’m going to try a few things when I get back to my plane… possibly a tie-down strap instead of bungee?
Thanks for sharing and safe flying! -

As someone that was victim of a wing drop initiated by a curious FBO employee, thanks for sharing. What length bungee cords did you buy?
