What does this gift pack consist of?

It consists of a lovely presentation box with a labeled cap, a water bottle, 2x Icon stickers, an Icon A5 brochure, a card, an appreciation letter and a Purchase Position Certificate. Please send me your email address and I will send you detailed photos, kind regards, Bruce

Does anyone (early Icon Buyers) know which SN sales came with that nice Icon A5 Nanuk case and what it was used-for?

That case was a really really nice "swag bag" had a water bottle in it and other ICON merch given to folks that made early purchases. I cant remember the exact contents but there was customize stuff in there for very early people who put don't hard money more than just deposits.
