Has anyone canceled an accessories order form ICON and been charged a 25% restock fee?

It seems that most everything ordered from ICON has a wait list - so I wouldn't think they would NEED to charge a restocking fee unless the item had actually been delivered. However, as my wife who worked bankruptcy law for years would say "companies try to do funny things when in chapter 11".

They went from 25% restock fee to 15% restock fee to nothing. So we worked it out but it was an interesting process to go through. I’m def on team ICON, just don’t like to feel like I’m treated unfairly. All good now.
