I may be reading your pic wrong, but the I see your sidewinders and deflectors subtract 21lbs from your BEW? My POH has windows and deflectors removed is -6.88lbs and -882.1 moment.

This is what I did with mine. I subtracted the 7 pounds from the basic empty weight and then made the windows a line item to install or remove.

You have to do the modification of VGs and 4-blade prop to be able to increase the useful load.
