SB: Install Wing Fold Tube Cover (SB-050223-A)

During trailering of the aircraft or when the aircraft is stowed with the wings folded, it is possible for water to enter the parachute egress chamber and contaminate the parachute. Moisture contamination can impact the function of the parachute system.
