This letter may be legitimate,

Having said that, I’ve I been receiving these type of letters from local brokers for many years, regarding my Cirrus. The same practice is used by real estate brokers to get listings.

Im not saying that is the case here. Just thought I’d mention it.

Seems like the “cold calls” I get on my house or rental property looking for a desperate seller.
